Evan's First Preschool Field Trip

Evan and I went on his field trip to a pumpkin patch yesterday. First, we rode a hayride around the farm.

Then, we bravely walked the haunted trail.

Evan and his buddies, Connor and Ryan, weren't scared at all.

They climbed to the top of hay bales,

and jumped off of them.
They peeked in barns,
and posed for pumpkin pictures.
Evan rode a tire horse,

and climbed a tire mountain!
Probably one of Evan's favorite things about the day was this jumping pillow. Here's a clip of the boys in action...

We refueled with a snack of pumpkin donuts and cider...YUM!

Then we were off to the pumpkin patch where Evan was able to pick his very own pumpkin.

He wanted to bring this one home!

But in the end, he was very happy with the pumpkin he picked and washed it all by himself. :)

When we got home, he put his perfect pumpkin on our front porch,
where our family has more than its fair share! We have our work cut out for us when it's time to carve them... ;)
What a fun day we had together! I am a lucky mama.
