Seth has taken part in five Pinewood Derbies. Every year since he was a Tiger Cub in 1st grade (which I SWEAR was yesterday), Seth and his dad made a car to enter in the big annual race. They designed, carved, sanded, shaped, painted and created Pinewood Derby cars to be proud of. It is hard to believe that he has now taken part in his last Derby, as he is soon to be crossing over from Cub Scouts to Boy Scouts in a couple of weeks.

The boys had some big fans in their little brothers and next year's Tiger Scouts, Evan and Connor!
The boys also sold pizza for the Troop on the night of the Derby. They did a fine job, and stayed there for a lot of the night. I think they enjoyed being paid in free pizza. :)
I am so proud of you, Seth, and am looking forward to lots more scouting with you in the years ahead!

Yup, it starts all over again next year! :) And Evan has it made because we know all of the tricks of the trade now, lol.
