Pockets full of rocks

The other day my friend, Kathy, and I took our kids to the park. There was lots of playground equipment there, but our youngest boys wanted to play at the baseball diamond. They weren't playing catch or hitting balls. No. They were playing in the sand there, getting nice and dirty. When it was time to go home, we called to the kids and they started walking toward us. Kathy pointed out that Evan's pockets looked quite big. Then we noticed that while he was walking he would reach into his pockets and dump out sand. He must have done that at least 25 times. Apparently Evan and his friends thought it was a good idea to fill his pockets with sand.

Thank God for my laundry detergent, and for that matter, bath soap1
