Nature boy

We went to a neighborhood pond the other day. Henry was in his glory! He caught all kinds of interesting creatures.

He shared them with his brother and sister. They named this particular toad "Summer" because they caught him on the first day of summer vacation.

Here he is stalking a big old bullfrog...I can't believe I let my son wade barefoot in this water!

Here's the whole crew of frog-catchers. Apparently, frog-catching is a big neighborhood thing.

Henry was the only one who caught a dragonfly.

Honestly, I think that he would live down at that pond if he could!
